MS2000 + MIDI / USB

Post by SteveW » Wed Mar 12, 2008 3:23 pm

Hi Guys, ok here we are again, I bought this USB to Midi interface from Ebay.

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... :IT&ih=017

Ive hooked it into my MS2000 but I dont seem to be getting anywhere, I have it installed as an USB audio device, and the drivers seem to be working. However the USB device is running, and in ACID i have it setup and i have loaded a midi file, and and tried to get the synth to play some keys, but its just not happening.

Ideas?

It's not an audio device!!! That is the root of your problem.

Go to the MIDI tab in the Preferences dialog and you should see your interface device (not the MS2000) there for selection.

Good luck.
I listened to Hatfield and the North at Rainbow. They were very wonderful and they made my heart a prisoner.
