Roland rs-09

Does anyone knows if rs-09 can be synchronized by midi?Can rs produce choir sounds?Thanx

No and no.

If you had a look at VSE you'd see it's a pre-midi string and organ synth. Try looking at the synth database on this site before you ask any more obvious questions.

I know that it has no midi connection..In few words is there any way to synchronize it with midi?Cv gate output for ex.

To my knowledge, there are no paraphonic synthesizers with CV/Gate or any other sort of external control. CV/Gate control is for monophonic synths. Roland, Oberhiem & SCI developed their own proprietary digital control systems for polyphonic synths before MIDI.

If I rememeber correctly, there was (or still is) a MIDI retrofit kit for the VP-330 made by Kenton. In addtion to its vocoder feature & choir sound, I've been told it has the same strings as the RS-09.
