a Query...
When the cut-off frequency and resonance sliders are pushed to their maximum value, the sound cuts out momentarily or makes a spluttering sound.
It also happens with the ENV slider aswell, though not as often.
Does anyone know what causes this?

ok.. thanks. what's the best way to clean it? i have zero experience in taking synths apart.
i've tried spraying canned air in the slider slot, but that didnt help. is it hard to open up a juno 6?

Try some kind of fader lube, like this.
