First off, I'm a total noob here, and I have no idea what I'm doing.
I have an Oxygen 8, my MidiNES, my NES, and my TV.
I have it allllllll hooked up. The MidiNES menu comes up fine when I turn on the NES and the TV, have the MIDI cable from the MidiNES plugged in to the port labeled "Keyboard" on my Oxygen, blah, blah, blah. However, I have no idea where to start to actually MAKE SOUNDS. I press keys - nothing. I obviously don't have anything configured properly, so that's where I'm seeking assistance. I know nothing about setting up a MIDI system, how to nav the menus on the Oxygen or the MidiNES whatever. I've TRIED to read the manuals, but it's all gibberish to me. Can someone please explain to me what I need to do, in beginner's terms, to be able to actually play my MidiNES with my Oxygen?
