m1 (oops)

hello all
first post on this forum .slight problem i bought an m1 a couple of weeks ago and have been playing around with it without knowing much about it ie:the programmes ,programme cards, etc. anyway i have just ordered a manual whitch should help .the problem i have at the moment is that i wiped the memory clear (don't know what i was thinking) can any body tell me what a need to do to get some decent sounds back?.
just found this forum while browsing but i sure i will be a regular visitor from now on. thanks in advance and i will no doubt be asking lots of questions in the near future.
