Im assuming I will either have to do the whole keyboard or an octave but does anyone know where to buy replacement keys?

Have you tried contacting Korg? I've ordered parts (keys, manuals, etc.) from Roland US many times. If they will not sell parts to the public, have Geoffrey @ Audio Electonics order what you need.
