Roland DEP-5 reset/service manual

Hi,
I just buy a Roland DEP-5 and it sound amazing ... in one chanel, and even the "good" chanel as noise,
can any one tell me how to reset the unit?
I notice that the battery is death, so it needs replacement.
The service manual will be great.
