Hello everyone.
I saw this in Harmony Central rewievs:
"SH-2000 has a wavetable divider oscillator, and this particular goody you can actually get access to, and best of all very easily.
You simply have to open you SH-2000 and reconnect the wires to all the preset-rocker-switches - sort of making a straight pass.
When this operation is done, you will have some kind of a Roland SH-2000 "Sigma".(Like The Korg KP-30 Sigma)
Goz now you can mix all waveforms simultaniously."
Has anybody done this? Please tell me how to do that my sh2000....
Thanks.

Re: Roland SH-2000 Modification
may be more involved that that. The tabs feed DC to a diode-matrix that selects the correct pitch/waveform/envelope/filter/etc. Years ago ---when i first got a MX-2000 (clone) i sketched out a 'control box' with knobs and switches. Would have plugged into a multi-pin (about 50) plug and bypass the diodes. Fooled around using jumpers and proved the theory, but never went further. Now seems a shame to mod such a classic.
