The jets - Crush on you cover

Hi there,

I'm curently making a cover of that song ( I know it's kind of the ultimate 80's cheeze) and everything is running well excepting the brass stabs.
I really don't know how to get it. i presume it came from the Emulator II they used but can't find something similar on any of my numerous synths ( including the huge brass bank of the virtual korg m1) . The stabs seem synthetic and acoustic at the same time but I can't find a way to get close to it even by mixing my matrix 12 with some acoutic brass samples...
I think they used the same sound on their song Heart on the line and it may be heard more clearly on it so I post 2 link to make you hear it :





So if anyone could help me finding this sound or had the sample, it would be great
