Yamaha CS-30 keyboard issue

Hi!
Keyboard in my cs30 died yesterday. It doesn't send trigger signal, but cv works - i can hear it when sequencer triggers envelopes - pitch changes when i play keyboard. CS30 connected (as controller) to other synth changes pitch correctly, but there's no "key off" signal and envelopes are constantly in sustain point.
What may be wrong? Is it infamous keyboard chip failure?
