Vintage Synth Explorer Forums

So it's time to do the dreaded battery replacement on my Source. The service manual says it's a 3V lithium. I'm assuming it's a standard CR2032. I'm also assuming that the original battery was soldered into place, so I should get a battery holder.
If anyone has done this, please let me know what you ran into, and if my assumptions are correct.
