Moog Pedal CP 201 to Voyager issue
So I bought a 2nd hand Moog pedal CP 201 for $200, to use with my Moog Voyager. I hooked up the CV out to the Filter input (as suggested by the manual) to try it out. I can tell that the presets are effecting change in the sound, but the pedal doesn't seem to sweep the filter as the manual suggests. What am I doing wrong? Any help?

You do have the CV connected to the Filter Control Input (red jack) and not the Filter In (black jack), right?Arturia MiniBrute -- bits o' Euro -- Sammich SID -- E-mu MP-7 -- Korg ER-1 -- Thingamagoop

It's not new so the previous owner probably programmed it to suit what they wanted with it, they may have assigned the pedal to something other than the CV output you're using. Look at the manual to find out how to change it.Phollop Willing PA wrote:So I bought a 2nd hand Moog pedal CP 201 for $200, to use with my Moog Voyager. Yes I do. I even tried a double ring tip jack too. The Voyager works with an ordinary expression pedal.pricklyrobot wrote:You do have the CV connected to the Filter Control Input (red jack) and not the Filter In (black jack), right?
Thanks for the reply.
It might be. He only used it once and then boxed it up again. He later died and his father sold it to me.Stab Frenzy wrote:It's not new so the previous owner probably programmed it to suit what they wanted with it, they may have assigned the pedal to something other than the CV output you're using. Do you have one? What is the value suppose to be between heel and toe? I tried to figure out that aspect in the manual but I couldn't.
Thanks for the response.
