broken screw posts on synths
anyway to fix broken screw posts on the back of synths to keep the back plate secure? was thinking of super gluing some kind of small plastic solid cylinder to the broken posts like the old posts... then put screws through them! i think it will hold. i can picture it all in my head but hard to describe it. and harder i bet to do..lol. to find such a piece of small solid plastic rod cylinder though may be the hardest part. arrrrrgghhh!!!!

Hmm... Carbon111 did a similar task when he restored his Pro~One.

"I have some 3M DP-805 handy, a non-epoxy, high-shear-strength (2780psi) glue that retains some flexibility so it will be perfect for the job:"
It's a little more than a quarter of the way in. If this looks suitable, I believe he is a member here, and may see this to further add advice.

I have had good luck with a 2-part repair called "PLASTEX"
Powder and liquid. Mix and it hardens.
Rather pricy, but works great.
