How to program this brass sound ?

Hi everybody, I need help to recreate this sound which comes from a d50 :

I plan to recreate it on an alesis Fusion ( wich has up to 3 VA osc) and probably on sonic project OPX .
I can't figure how to give this "swoosh" to the attack without getting a slow "pad" kind of attack ....
can someone give a tutorial to get it ? This sounds reminds me some matrix 12 preset ^^
