I've tried these but they did not work are the wave files only suppose to be 3-4 seconds long?

I think (?) they are RAR files. you need to un-pack them first with winRAR program.

The files are compressed but when I unpack them they are only 4 and 3 seconds long.

I've had this issue with a variety of machines, you have to get the input level to the synth right. Try saving from the synth first to see what level it wants, or check the manual?

I guess 3-4 seconds is a normal length for the transmission because when I saved my patches they were about that long. I still can not load data I've tried volume adjustments but it just does not see the information coming in.

I have build a new KLM-367 board for the synth that may not be working right.
