Sequencing Nord Micro Modular in Logic 9

I am trying to sequence my MM in Logic 9. I can record MIDI notes, but when I play them back there is no sound and a message pops up in the Modular Editor, which says: "Synth exepction. Error in synth. Open the MIDI dialog and enable the port again."

How do I sequence this instrument in a DAW? I'm using M-Audio Uno MIDI interface. Please, help.

The PC in and PC out ports are used for the editor, you need to use the midi in and midi out ports to sequence from your DAW. Sounds like you're sending from the DAW to the PC in port.

Also, download and read the manual.

I cannot thank you enough. I could not image it was this simple.

So there is no way to have Logic and the editor running at the same time, isn't there?

Not with a single in/out midi interface, but it might be with a bigger one so you have a separate pair for each. I know I can do that with my G2 (although it uses USB rather than midi for the editor).

Now I'm running into this other problem. Every couple of minutes the editor loses connection with my midi interface and tells me to reconnect. This is annoying to the point when I just can't use the software. I would also prefer to use Nomad, but it stopped recognising my Micro for some reason. Any ideas?

No idea about that sorry, I don't own a MM or know how it works at all, I'm just able to read the front panel. :D
