Welcom to our crazy world !
If the screen does not light, or smoke comes out, or fuse blows...you've got trouble.
If everything works and sounds fine, you may have a loose or failing xformer. They still can be found and are not a big hassle to change, but if you're not used to working on 120v AC cricuits, best take it to a tech.
Another possible - but rare - problem would be a shorted recifier on the power supply board.

p.s my next topic going to be : analog vs VA synth's so be paper for something fresh!

There is a very small chance that the xformer has developed a shorted winding that is causing the buzz AND causing lower voltage to the analog side of the synth.

Good. The condensers do fail with time, but USUALY short and explode - blowing the fuse. Do you have a METAL pr a PLASTIC chassis ESQ ?? In the plastic (later) version, the transformer is fastened to the botton of the case with 'Pop' rivets. They should never come loose. On the metal box style, IIRC the xformer is bolted down... maybe these have worked loose and the xformer is vibrating against the bottom.

i got the plastic one..
today i call a company name "single" they got a electronic lab and they fix and build a lot of audio gear after a smalltalk he told me not to turn on the esq-1 and that my real 1.concern shold be about the digital side of the esq (in general)
man it never ends with the old goodies.

Again, if the display is correct, the buttons work, keys play the right notes/sounds, etc., then the chances of digital problems are low. Don't know this guy from Adam, but watch yourself anyway.. Don't let him tell you that some or all the voice chips are bad and demand an arm and a leg for replacements. How loud is this buzz? (insect, electric fan, electric razor, power sander?) CAn you feel vibration? Does lifting one end of the synth change it? What frequency is it near (60Hz, 120Hz, higher?)
