And where can I buy more? It's the clear plastic thing that the J Wire goes through. See image below.

I've seen these called contact holders. Also might be called J-wire guides or something similar. You have a Pratt-Read keyboard which is one of the most common found on American vintage Synths and some Organs. There are online sellers of replacement Pratt-Read keys, bushings, and J-wires but none of them list this part.
