WHERE TO SEND TO FIX?

there's no sound coming from the output of my pro-12. i shipped it to someone and it got damaged en route.

no cosmetic damage to speak of.

anyway, since Creamware is no more where would you suggest i send it to get fixed?

ps: there's no one in my town that does these kinds of things. i'm in the US and would prefer not to ship out of country

What is your LOCATION?

There is a sticky thread in the HELP section with techs. I use Audio Electronics in Dallas, TX to work on my gear.

TURNS OUT IT WAS JUST A KEYFILE SOFTWARE PROBLEM THAT WAS IMMEDIATELY RESOLVED WHEN ENTERED.
