This may be a stupid question, but is portamento only supposed to be used during legato style playing? It seems when I play staccato, the pitch doesn't track quite correctly.
I'm used to the glide feature on the Voyager OS, which tracks just fine with either playing style.

It is activated in both scenarios, but you will need to hold the key as long as it takes to glide to the next note, otherwise pitch will be stuck "in between" the two notes.
Thus, experiment with the hold parameter in the EG section rather than the release...
