WERSI MK1 midi dump

Hi ,
Perhaps some people can help me !!
I've a wersi mk1 and a ex20 ..desperately I try to make a midi dump in order to save my sound , but I don't find how to make that .
It's very long and hard to create a sound with this old synth and I don't want to lost my work !!
