What synth was on "The Whistle Song"?

Hi,

Does anyone know what synth was on the "The Whistle Song" by Frankie Knuckles (the backing chord in the track, the deep melodic line and the other melodic line that comes in at 2:31)? I have a funny feeling it may be a Juno but I can't quite put my finger on it

Does anyone also reckon that this was a real flute on the track or possibly a sound module of some sorts replicating a real flute?

Flute sound sounds like a Ensoniq ESQ1 at 22 secs.
