quick soft popping sound in triangular wave in minikorg
I managed to makw my junkwlyard minikorg 700 work
The triangle wave also had a mild quick envelope popping sound at the beginning of the note. The other wave signals had no problem. Anyone knows how to fix that popping sound? Is it a case dirty keyboards

Cool, glad you got it working! My minikorg also has a slight popping from the Triangle wave, but it's not that bad.

HI Jabberwalky,
Yeah, mine is a soft popping on the triangular too...just that I am a difficult perfectionist
kidding...I will try cleaning the keyboard contacts (my gut feel tells me that the popping is due to the contacts)...or worse case scenario I will change the old VCO the new OEM VCO due to arrive from barcerlona.
I will keep you guys posted on the outcome

Re: quick soft popping sound in triangular wave in minikorg
Duodecuple post! A new record
About the popping, could it be happening because the osc is not at a zero-crossing when "randomly" hitting keys? I.e., a design "error"? It's a common problem in modular, the remedy is to sync the osc to the key gate... With saw / square you don't hear it because of the upper harmonics that are present... Just a wild guess.
