Ensoniq esq 1 sudden issue with filters

I've been using my ensoniq for quite some time with a low battery but have saved my patches to my eprom memory cartridge as a disclaimer*

Did the soft reset and then filter calibration after having an issue with patchy sound (tested several cables and all were fine with other things). First time filters came out to be all at 0. Second time just 1 was at 0. The others in between 140 and 160. Every subsequent time 0. Any suggestions would be appreciated as to what I should do.
