Finally found the source of that elusive synth I’ve been looking for, it was nothing more than a few tweaks on the SC-55 tenor sax in Sound Canvas VA by adding full resonance, a bit of cutoff, and a bit of attack.
Used Sound Canvas VA, and Korg VSTs (Triton, Wavestation, and Trinity).
