A very nice demo! Thanks for mentioning this synth. I'd never heard of it, but lo and behold, VSE has a nice page describing it! Sounds like there was a rather expensive version that is programmable, and a cheaper one that isn't. An interesting set-up as to sound creation nonetheless.

I also found a couple of demos on youtube, very curious patches.

Very nice!

The low bass and higher horn worked very nice together, the delay was classic!

Nightloop runs for 6:28 at 122 bpm...

The song was performed and sequenced entirely on my Ensoniq SQ-80. No external sounds or effects were used.

Roland RS-09 running through Lyuberets LM-1229 digital reverberator (with delay section). Raw RS at the beginning, gradually adding more effect until at the end it's just the 1229 feeding off itself.

And this is just more random noodling, running the Rhythm Wolf through the Polivoks - this is the last few minutes of nearly 20 minutes of brapping. Which process, incidentally, led me to the discovery that the Lel' PSR can be made to sound alright by running it through the Polik!
