"Tropical Nightmare - The Thing In The Coconut" is a strange shuffled breakbeat journey with lurking chords and drunken memories of a warm, dark beach, surrounded by psychedelic moths and red eyes shifting in the shadows..

like my last track, it's made on the MC-808 only (it's quite the workhorse if you are patient enough, which I was only 3 times during the 10 months of owning it..)
one pattern, one live take, no post-recording editing exept some slight EQ.

I'm very satisfied with this tune, but it's probably not the kind of music I'll be making in the future. The MC808 was good, but ultimately too much a pain in the a*s to use properly for me to keep it. making good breakbeats on the thing was a breeze compared to the electribes I've used..
