live set on the radio (blofeld, mpc1000, mini-kp)

Last night my band was on a local college radio show. We came in, set up, and played a live set while taking calls from the audience.

I was playing an m-audio oxygen 61 keyboard into a blofeld with some parts sequenced from an mpc which also covered drums. Along with me is a bassist and a singer/guitarist.

You can download the entire set here:

In the 42 minutes we play about 25 minutes of music, please skip the banter :D.

I learnt some interesting stuff while playing this gig - one of which is that sometimes you show up and your "monitors" are really a 1->4 headphone splitter that sounds either too quiet, or too distorted. We get lost in the solo section of one song when the drums drop out to just a bass drum because our monitors were just static at that point. oh well, it was fun :D
