Looking for inspiring music?

Post by rofgilead3 » Sun May 03, 2009 1:35 am

Hi everyone! I'm a fan of the 90's electronic music, and haven't been listening to much new electronic music in the last 6 years - as I've been deep in grad school work. I loved the acts like Orbital, Underworld, FSOL, Aphex Twin etc that were the leaders in the 90's - but I haven't been able to find much recent new music that is just creative electronic, not limited to one style or sub-genre of music. I'm really looking for suggestions on good electronic music of recent years, stuff that has complex melodies / structure (and not trance or acid or drum/bass or subgenre electronic music) - just plain good music.

If anyone has any good listening suggestions - I'd love to start checking musics out!
Thanks,
Rof
