epic track - Zaihre's (20 mins)

Post by ford442 » Tue May 26, 2009 7:00 am

i have just uploaded one of my old tracks that i still find fascinating - it is 192kpbs MP3 - 28.5MB - 19 minutes 48 seconds..

Noah Cohn - Zaihre's

this was made painstakingly with Rebirth 2.0.1 minimod beta 3 modification - in the year of our lord nineteen hundred and ninety eight A.D.

it is a bit late for criticism, but it would be fun to hear your impressions of this project.. :D

honestly it sounds to me more like 500 different 4 or 8 bar patterns running consecutively after each other..some in tune and some not...
it doesnt have that gradual and controlled buildup/evolution that makes acid so magical to me.

i had very little concept of much to construct music back then.. this was one of my very first attempts to make a song.. i didn't understand even about scales.. heh.. i arranged every note by ear..
