Just finished remixing one of my favorite Jay-Z tracks, "Moment of Clarity". Found this neat acapella-track with the vocals only, and decided to try and build an interly new beat from scratch.
Used softsynths only on this. EZ drummer for drums, Miroslav Philharmonik for strings, piano and choirs, and Native Instruments FM-8 for bass. And layed down the guitar-tracks myself with my Ibanez JEM through my Boss GT-8. If someone wants to give it a listen, I`ll be most obliged.
