no mixer eh? you have a massive input interface or recorder then ;)

this is nice and cozy, laidback and housey :) is there a master filter used to filter everything out when the light chord comes in around 2:10 or so? would love to go to your live shows, too bad you're on the wrong side of the planet :p

I fully use the line in on my synths, is a feature that is a must to me, in order to avoid mixers. Don't have enough hands for them. Filtered cuts were made tweaking the high and mid gain of a line in

This song was recorded during a live act. A mandatory gear: two Roland SP808ex samplers. They can receive and mix in certaing way, two line ins at the same time, each one of them. They have a isolator trigger, so I can suddenly cut or manipulate LO, MID and Hi gain during the live act, or muting, or activate samples, or monitor a single line in with headphones while the other keeps playing. That's the equalizated bridge that you heard.

From 1:23 to 1:45 I tweak a lot the line ins of all the machines, filtering in and out. Also you can see it at 4:32:

In this way, I can send to speakers four synths + the two SP808 fulled with samples.
I also use a LOT the LINE IN of each one of my synths. If you see my gear, almost all of them have Line in, that's a must for me. I use the line of the two Electribes ESX, the V Synth and Waldorf MicroQ. I specially love LINE INS to modulate and control SUBS outputs of the other synths.

For example, the Command station has one main output and two stereo subs. I send the EMU's sub 1 and sub 2 to Electribe's LINE IN, ESX1 and EMX1.

I also send the sub of the V synth, to the line in of the MICRO Q.

Oh man, interconecting that jungle of 1/4 and RCA cablers on a live act, with already 6 beers and a couple of joints on my head, and people dancing drunk everywhere, je je, is a s**t, but still a lot of fun....

Thanks for listening.

BTW a lot of people asking me when I'm gonna give a show on USA. Oh man, traveling and playing is my gold dream. Hope to reach it in a short term. [-o<
