Some of my/our stuff

Post by tallowwaters » Thu Dec 10, 2009 7:12 pm

Finally brought the myspace back from death. Have songs from 3 albums up there as of today.

Direct yourself towards Couch for auto tuneyness as a demonstration of the EHX V256 in use. Plenty of other songs for lining the auditory birdcage with as well.

So this is how you spend your friday nights :)
I like the changes in couch, especially around 00:59 and then you grunge it up a bit about 3/4 way through. 8-)
I listened to a couple of other ones, starting at the top.
I really liked Where Mermaids Fear to Tread.
I don't think it's music that can be boxed into one type of genre, and that's cool.
which ones are the newest ones from the cd?
Moog Voyager Roland D50 Ensoniq VFX-SD, Korg Wavestation Emulator II, Emax SE Plus, Korg King Korg, Korg Arp Odyssey(Whiteface), Minibrute, Takamine Acoustic Peavey Falcon electric

Thanks seamonkey.

Newest:
Couch
Piper Pi, both from Stumble in the Twilight

The Body Still
Kudzu
Carisoprodol (the name that will surely get me sued ;) ) are from Endless Thoughts Broadcast

Mermaids
Behind You
Picture Window, are the oldest of the lot, all written when we had a living drummer from That What Consumes.

Working on a new album that I want to shop out to various folks for vocal collaboration.

piper pi!!!

digging all of these as i listen but this one best of all so far. strangely,it all sounds kind of exactly as i expected. which kind of makes no sense, really, as i had no idea what to expect.

i'm put in the mind of a gang of escapees from a psychobilly asylum encountering some germans in the woods and coming to an accomodation. and i mean that as a compliment.

Indeed...
Actually I believe the states of NC/SC were formed exactly that way.

Thanks!

what synths are doing the farty stuff in carisoprodal?

I always liked the brand name Soma, speaking as a pharmacist.

A fellow NCer. That is a Korg Prophecy doing that squishy lead and V Synth doing equally farty stuff in the low register.

Those pills taste 100% like vomit if you chew them up, and we ate them day and night back in high school. Do they even make them still?
