A song I did last night in support of Conan O'Brien, his staff and his fans. The production is super basic (I whipped the whole thing together from scratch in about an hour or two before starting to do vocal takes) so I just used three counts of Reason's Thor for the synths - I hope to post some stuff with more hardware in the future, but in the meantime, check it out!

Re: Tribute to Conan O'Brien
let's get this s**t going viral.
Re: Tribute to Conan O'Brien
You should get this to the attention of Conan's people - maybe he'd even play a bit on the show; it's certainly good enough.
Looks like there's a forum, gotta be someone on the show who reads it:
http://boards.nbc.com/nbc/index.php?showforum=354
Digg would probably eat it up too.

They're actually these flexible shades called Rollenses that they give you when you go to the dentist's office - https://rollens.com/ looks like you can only buy in bulk, but they're awesome and stick to your face so I highly advocate them.RobotHeroes wrote:Where did you get those shades? Brand?
As far as viral, I'd love it - I've e-mailed it out a bit and posted it to certain facebook fan pages and such, but Digg is foreign territory to me, can any of y'all submit it?

$28 for 50 and that includes shipping. It would die on digg unless the person that submits has a nice sized friends list, they are friends with a power user or you get a power user to submit it. But since it is Conan related I dunno maybe a good enough title would work.Hair wrote:As far as viral, I'd love it - I've e-mailed it out a bit and posted it to certain facebook fan pages and such, but Digg is foreign territory to me, can any of y'all submit it?
I stopped bothering to post stuff on digg because of the power user thing.

I googled the same thing a day or two after you posted and there was nearly no hits to your video, and now its on collegehumour, reddit, etc.

Re: Tribute to Conan O'Brien
It evidently got picked up by break.com and has like 45k+ views on there - unfortunately there's no link back to my actual youtube account from break (trying to see what I can do about that) but hey, c'est la vie!
