Live PA remix feat Virus A, TeeBee, S612, Juno 106, rapping
I had a lot of fun with this one! The bass comes from my 106 (offscreen). Sequenced with Live, triggering clips and controlling LP filter/beat repeat with the nanoKontrol.

That was really professional, Sounded great, loved the funky 106 Bassline, the (well announced) part where you brought in the 303 was great. Very listenable.
also is that an AKAI s612?

That was f*ckin' great! It seems like you had a good time doing that too.
Thanks for posting that track, I'll be back to listen to that quite a bit I think.

Thanks guys
It is! Super super basic, only one fairly short 12-bit sample in memory, but it's a breeeeze to use, has nice polyphony/looping weirdness and sounds cool!tekkentool wrote:also is that an AKAI s612?

that's pretty good!
maybe play/practice a bit more with the beatrepeat, some of the stuttering stuff felt like it was going against the flow of the song

yeah i thought it got "cheap" and some of the beat repeats were awkward and ill fittingcartesia wrote:that's pretty good!![]()

Honestly I don't disagree, I feel a lot more at home on my miniKP, but without MIDI control it didn't really fit in this setup. I just got a flashcart for my Nintendo DS though, and I know there's a homebrew MIDI transmitting kaoss-type app for it, so maybe I'll mess with that.tekkentool wrote:yeah i thought it got "cheap" and some of the beat repeats were awkward and ill fittingcartesia wrote:that's pretty good!![]()
