Nope, not the Main Street Electrical Parade; the Electrical Water Pageant.

Though it was indeed arranged by the same guys behind MSEP.

This appears to be the 1977-1995 soundtrack. Lots of Mini D in here as well as Synthacon I believe.

If you look at the Main Street Electrical Parade article and look at the equipment used, whatever was around in 1977 in the list was probably used.
