Hey folks, the album I've been working on for a year and a half is finally finished! I'm still working on artwork for the 'official' release, but here's the music.
Not sure how to embed a 'set' properly (not the most savvy with this stuff), but here's the link:

Enjoy!
New album!

Re: New album!
Album info:
I started this project in March of 2011. I'm a huge fan of anything related to space and science fiction. I'm also a huge fan of weird, groovy music. I listen to a lot of different kinds of music, but have a special affliction towards movie scores, especially those that were created between 1960 and 1990. I wanted to create a simple soundtrack to the thoughts in my head about space exploration.
About me:
My name is Nate Johnson, and I've been playing and writing music for almost 20 years. Most of that time was spent with the guitar, but for the past few years I've been absolutely enamored with synthesizers. I also have a drumming background. I'm married to my beautiful wife, Justine, who I owe the most thanks to! And I suppose the two cats; The Bengal, and Maowbs also get some credit.
Album Credits:
Drums on tracks 2, 3, 4, & 6 recorded at Acadia Recording Co Portland, Maine by Todd Hutchisen
Bass on tracks 2 & 6 played by Jeremy Smith
Everything else recorded in my home studio in Scarborough, ME
Mixed by me in my home studio in Scarborough, ME
Mastered by Pat Keane (PatKeane.com)
And of course, for those wondering, here's the gear list:
Rhodes MKII
Prophet 5
Voyager OS
Jupiter 6
Linndrum
Nord Electro 3 73 (Mellotron Flutes/Strings/Choirs)
Acoustic drums
Strat
RE-201 Space Echo
Maestro Phase Shifter
70's Small Stone
Artwork and short film (shot/edited by Tyler Wood @ Gunkat Productions) coming soon!

Re: New album!
Congratulations! Really nice album.
Tracks 2, 4 & 6 are very good.
Will there be physical copies?
