this one was done solely with the Roland Jx3p, and ableton live drums (they were already there didn't program them)
this one was done with a guitar for pretty much everything performance wise by using the Live audio to midi feature and then transmitting the new midi tracks to a sub37 and some other soft synths.

That second one...wow, on the edge of chaos..like when minors play with majors at the same time...I dig that tune a lot.

Re: A couple of tracks
The second is interesting, are certain sounds supposed to be played in the wrong key?

Re: A couple of tracks
thanks for listening guys and for the replies and feedback. as for the awckardness of the second track, wrong
keys and such it was one of those accidents that I kinda licked and sorta worked, at least for me. It was partly a result of the ableton Live messing up some notes when creating the midi files from the audio track, and me overlapping certain parts that were meant to be changes in the song such as verse and chorus. When I overlapped them it sounded even more awckard and strange but I liked how it sounded so I left it alone.

I get the appeal of the second one, but I really like the first, what delay did you use there? It makes a big sound.

Re: A couple of tracks
For the first one I just used the ableton live ping pong delay.
