I stopped with paypal; due corona an ebay sold item was delayed 3 months by USPS, paypal claimed the money back, then shipping was finally delivered and accepted by the buyer. Paypal REFUSED repeatedly to pay me the money and blamed some external credit company, afterwards saying case closed (solely by paypal), and we won't reopen closed cases.
