Synth Sound What Synth is it?

Does anyone know what keyboard Synth this Lead sound sound comes from on this link it starts at 1.00 in the Video??

It's a Hoover-type sound/sample with some flanging on it.

Very typical 90s synth stab sound, you could recreate it with pretty much anything, although there are probably presets in 90s romplers that would get you close enough, when acid/rave/dance/techno was very much the thing...
