"Father to Son" by Phil Collins synth sound

Does anyone know what might have been used for the high-pitched, arpeggiating/sweeping sound used in "Father to Son" from the "But Seriously" album?

Thanks!

First thought - FLUTE patch from DX7.

I think the same thing is in second half of "Aldebaran" by Enya.

Most likely it was the Roland D-50 that's what was used for the lion's share of the album, though the DX7 was used a bit.

one of the saddest damn songs he ever did and one of the most touching of the 80s, far as I'm concerned. I think that sound in the background is an Korg workstation or an ensoniq.
