Just wondering what those two can do together?

It depends what you want to do. The QY300 is a capable sequencer and had the GM midi sounds in it. You can use thr CS1X to sequence music either using the sequencer sounds or the sounds of the CS1X itself.

CS1X is kind of a c**p synth to be up front. It is useable as a pretty decent midi controller. If you get that then it is made to hold a QY70/QY100 sequencer on the shelf on the right side of it, so I think I would prefer a QY70 with it instead of a QY300. The CS2X sounds a bit better but also kind of a c**p synth that has shelf for the QY70. An AN1X also has a shelf and with a QY70 would be the best ticket
