mpc effect

do the mpc1000 have many effects? I thinking of replacing the SP808EX with one

Effects 2 general effects: Chorus, Flanger, 4-band EQ, Bit-Grunger, Compressor, Phaser, Tremolo, Auto Pan, Reverb
Master effect: 4 band EQ, Compressor
Korg Volcas / 6 x TE POs / MicroBrute / EH Space Drum & Crash Pad

i believe akai's 2.11 os has a delay in it. also if you buy the newest jj os it has bit reduction. plus some other cool new features.
