One key does not work properly. It doesn't trigger a note or MIDI out at all or it does with very low velocity - almost inaudible - and it gets hung there, no way to stop the note sounding.
I would think that might be a cleaning issue, despite the synth is just two months old. But then, the first time you press that key after power-up, it works. None of the subsequent presses does. When you turn the power off and on again, it works. One more press and it doesn't. That leads me to think that this is probably a software issue. I've downloaded again the OS and replaced the old one. It has not worked.
I'm pissed off. Has anybody experienced such behaviours? I can't contact the distributor until september. Any suggestions? Thank you.

If I understand correctly, the G2 still under warranty, right?
If so, you better to leave it as is. It happens sometime that factory c**p, bad soldering and such happen. It shouldn't be a problem and the distributor should handle it.
If not, shouldn't be a problem either.
