I would recommend getting that stuff out of there as soon as possible.
The holes where the switches were can be capped with plastic plugs from an electronics supply place...

, that`s no fun. This is an exciting mystery and what if something doesn`t function anymore without the extra circuits.
I couldn`t tell you anything based on what I see(since I know nothing) but all I could say is that if I were screwing around the tuning on a Juno it would be to detune it a bit so it doesn`t sound so god awful in unison mode.
