monophonic rackmount synth for warm analog lead sounds

What is in your opinion a good rack unit for warm lead sounds with an analog and warm timbre?
I want a monophonic unit,because I want to use it exclusively for monophonic solos.I'm not interested in good acoustic emulations,I use other machines for that.
The sounds that I want to play are:
MOOG
HAMMOND B3 AND DIRTY SYNTH ORGANS IN GENERAL
SYNTH TRUMPETS FLUTES AND CELLOS
Please if possible indicate more options with different prices.Can I buy something good in a 300 EUROS BUDGET?
I don't want to invest more money because I have too many synths.
