Yamaha QX-5 for dummies

Post by BlackGnosis » Wed Jan 09, 2008 10:01 pm

I just bought myself a Yamaha QX-5 for 35$, it was sitting there in a corner of a hobby shop giving my puppy eyes so I had to take it. granted I already have a sequencer I figure keeping another around for redunancy might be kinda fun especially since it works and is
dated for the 1980's.

Any one here use it?

was it a bad choice to buy Y/N?

I read that its an "8-track" sequencer , does this mean it only operates 8 simultaneous channels?

After tampering with the machine thus far, I'd say its a keeper!

I must be dead before one pries it from my greedy paws!
