can I get one under $200....I dont need any knobs, pads, or any other type of controls. Just the keys midi in and out.

Novation remotes have it (and two outs), a backstock or used one should be less than 200

how many keys do you need? a good key action with aftertouch might be the priority. You could get an new E-mu X-board49 for that. But for a used one, synth like the SQ80/VFX is going to be a nice midi controller with it's polyphonic aftertouch.

May be great keys, but no USB...
