Arpeggiator Timing Issues - Please Help

I have a very similar issue on my waldorf Q keyboard (yellow, latest OS 3.02) : the arpeggiator is somehow "out of the beat", especially at a high tempo and even if it's MIDI-synced. It's like some of the notes come out with latency.
