Post by Soundwave » Sat Sep 20, 2008 11:58 am

Thinking of selling my Moog Modular V but can't seem to get a peep from the Arturia support regarding this matter however their is a feature to delete my license and my account however the support also says I have to contact them first to delete my association with the serial no or something. :?

Has anyone transferred their Arturia license in the pat and how did you go about it?

I have the analog experience coming at the end of the week. He stated its been set up for transfer. I will contact him on how he went about that, if I am allowed to register it.

I bought my friends Reaktor license, and all he had to do was send NI a mail, informing them of me being the new owner. No probs whatsoever. Hope Arturia have the same policy! :)

Once he was able to get a hold of Arturia, they walked him right through it
